چکیده

Verification of Y2H Interactions by Coimmunoprecipitation and Pull-Down Assays To evaluate the quality of the Y2H data, a representative sample of Y2H interactions was randomly selected for verification assays, because interactions recapitulated independently are unlikely to be experimental false positives (Goehler et al., 2004 ̧ Tewari, 2004 #137). To verify Y2H interactions, we used in vitro pull down assays (Goehler et al., 2004) and a novel membrane coimmunprecipitation assay.

A Human Protein-Protein Interaction Network: A Resource for Annotating the Proteome

Protein-protein interaction maps provide a valuable framework for a better understanding of the functional organization of the proteome. To detect interacting pairs of human proteins systematically, a protein matrix of 4456 baits and 5632 preys was screened by automated yeast two-hybrid (Y2H) interaction mating. We identified 3186 mostly novel interactions among 1705 proteins, resulting in a la...

The Effect of Protein Career Path on Productivity with mediating Role of Human Resource Ambidexterity

The present study was a survey description based on the applied purpose and in terms of how to collect data. The statistical population of this study was the employees of West Azerbaijan Province Gas Company that based on stratified-random sampling and using Cochran's formula, 105 people were selected as a sample. The data needed to analyze the relationships were collected using a questionnaire...

Construction and Analysis of Tissue-Specific Protein-Protein Interaction Networks in Humans

We have studied the changes in protein-protein interaction network of 38 different tissues of the human body. 123 gene expression samples from these tissues were used to construct human protein-protein interaction network. This network is then pruned using the gene expression samples of each tissue to construct different protein-protein interaction networks corresponding to different studied ti...

I-49: Human Y Chromosome ProteomeProject

The success of the Human Genome Project (HGP) has provided a blueprint for the approximately 20,000 gene-encoded proteins potentially active in all of the hundreds of cell types that make up the human body. Yet we still have limited knowledge about a majority of the gene-encoded proteins which are the “building blocks of life” and “cellular machinery”. It is estimated that for nearly half of th...

I-3: Human Y Chromosome Proteome Project 2012 Update

The Human Genome Project has generated a blueprint for the approximately 20,300 gene-encoded proteins potentially active in any of 230 cell types that make up the human body (human proteome). However, based on the UniProtKB/Swiss-Prot database content, about 6000 of at the protein level; for many others, there is very little information related to protein function, abundance, subcellular locali...
